Christoph WeilenmannI am an HR and IT manager since 1991, a management consultant since 1998 and became an independent consultant in 2003.

I advise clients on strategic business issues with a focus on Global Human Resources Organisation, Change- and Transition Management.

With over 25 years of work and consulting experience in HR and IT, I am able to consult clients with a holistic approach, to develop and implement solutions that provide sustainable value.

My clients are privately held as well as public companies that range from SMEs to large multinational players in industries such as financial services, life science, telecommunications and utilities.

The strong interpersonal and intercultural competence is a critical success factor for the predominantly global projects and allows to effectively align and achieve objectives across functions, divisions and diverse cultures and countries.

My extensive network allows me to provide joint solutions for a vast range of advisory services and disciplines.

I hold an Executive Master in International Business Administration – IEMBA – from the School of Management and Law/zhaw (2015), Switzerland, am a graduate of the University of Applied Sciences in Economic and Business Administration (1998), Switzerland, and a Certified Project Management Professional – PMP (2013), PMI.
